• Production Capacity Sheet

After finish draw SWCT graph you can calculate production capacity sheet (PCS).

Program will calculate all machine’s capacity and put on Production Capacity Sheet.

Click Prod.Cap.Sheet button and fill form No. per process and time of capacity.

For example i want to calculate capacity per hour so i fill 3600 sec.

• Yamazumi

Click Yamazumi button to show Yamazumi chart based on amount of total operator (SWCT)

Fill form for yamazumi chart each operator

• Save result

After finish, you can save workbook to new book without maco file, Please click Save button to save result and copy to new book

Note:

You can modify file result even it is not macro file, just open application and you can modfy the content such as SWCT graph.
