How to Fill Time Study Sheet (TSS) Form

In Standardized Work Analyze Tool, first data must be inserted in to TSS Form.

There is 5 Sheets of Time Study Sheet (TSS)  Form (TSS1, TSS2, TSS3, TSS4, TSS5), 1 TSS is for 1 SWCT graph.

Please dont rename sheets of Time Study Sheet (TSS) Form

In TSS form, there is 2 data, main data that is used for cycle time and irregular work.

There is 3 ways to fill Time Study Sheet (TSS) Form

•  Manual

If you aleready have data time study sheet from your own stopwatchm you can fill Time Study Sheet (TSS) form manually, WORKNAME and time.

Also Operation for machine time, please put operation name and its time in right side of its hand work (unload-load, switch on)

• Stopwatch Feature

You can use stopwatch feature for fill Time Study Sheet (TSS) form, use this feature as stopwatch so you can observer time directly from your notebook and insert result to Time Study Sheet (TSS) form.

Before start to use stopwatch, please write Workname in Time Study Sheet (TSS) form

• Video Capture (Video capture version)

This feature only in video capture version.

Same like stopwatch, you must determine Workname before you observe time with video capture, but you can review video first while you write workname and reset to start observe time.

After observe time and get the result, before process to make graph, first you must calculate data and get number for making SWCT graph.

After calculate, you can adjust number in green cell.
